What does it cost?
Floor area, how much is in the space (a bare shell versus a fitted-out store with millwork and exposed services), the deliverables you choose and travel set the price. Point cloud plus CAD is the base tier; a Revit model adds drafting time. Every quote is itemized so you can remove what you do not need.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
We have no Renton office, so travel is quoted as a separate line and you can judge it against the total. Our Auburn project shows the crew already works in south King County.
How accurate is it?
We scan with Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and the Matterport Pro3, and draft from the point cloud rather than from tape measurements, so every dimension is measured, not assumed.
Does the building have to close?
No. The scanner moves through the space around staff and customers; after-hours scanning can be arranged where it is easier.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a tenant improvement or remodel submittal to the City of Renton's Permit Services, which handles building permit applications. They handle the submittal; we make sure the existing conditions in it are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. The point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and your consultants.
