Depending on scope you receive a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin for checking conditions remotely, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP or structural elements where they are scoped. BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.
The nearest published work is in the Northwest and California. In 2025 we documented the 4,747 sq ft Maurices store at The Outlet Collection in Auburn, Washington. In Grass Valley, California, we scanned a 3,754 sq ft single-level veterinary clinic in July 2024 and delivered the point cloud, digital twin and CAD and PDF sets, with the ceiling-mounted MEP shown in the reflected ceiling plan, inside eight days. In Scottsdale, Arizona, we scanned the 2,492 sq ft James Perse store at Scottsdale Fashion Square in 2025.
How a Nampa project runs: you send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you want, and we quote with travel to the Treasure Valley as its own line. A technician scans the building in one visit with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 while it stays in use. The scans are registered into one point cloud, the drawings are drafted from it, and you review before final delivery.

What does it cost?
Price depends on floor area, how finished and complex the interior is, which deliverables you order and travel. Point cloud with 2D CAD is the base tier; a Revit model adds drafting time. Every quote is itemized.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Usually. The scan is one visit, so travel appears once on the quote, and the drafting is done off site for every client. If you have buildings in Nampa, Boise, Meridian or Caldwell, we can cover them in a single trip.
How accurate is it?
We scan with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 LiDAR scanners and draw from the registered point cloud, so every dimension is measured on site rather than estimated.
Does the building have to close?
No. We scan around staff, customers and tenants during normal hours; evening or weekend scanning can be arranged if you prefer.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a renovation or tenant-improvement submittal to the City of Nampa Department of Building Safety. They handle the submittal; we make sure the existing conditions in it are correct.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud go to you and anyone you name.
