What you get
Every ADS as-built begins with a LiDAR scan of the building and ends with a drawing set your architect, engineer or contractor can work from. Depending on what you order, you receive a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin you can walk through in a browser, 2D CAD drawings in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP or structural elements where they are scoped. BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.
We have not yet published a Moline or Quad Cities project. The nearest work on our site is in Chicago, where we completed a 400 sq ft pre-installation survey for a luxury kitchen in 2025, and in Basehor, Kansas, where we documented the 1,750 sq ft Daylight Coffee building in 2024. In Columbus, Ohio, we scanned the 4,358 sq ft Windsor store at Easton Town Center in 2025. The same crews and workflow cover Moline.
How a Moline project runs: send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you need and we return an itemized quote, with travel to the Quad Cities shown as its own line. On scan day a technician works through the building with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 scanner while the space stays in use. The scans are registered into a single point cloud, the drawings or model are drafted from it, and you review the set before final delivery.

What does it cost?
Floor area, the complexity of the space, the deliverables you choose and travel set the price. Point cloud plus 2D CAD is the lowest tier; a Revit model adds drafting time. Each quote is itemized, so you can remove anything you do not need.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For most buildings, yes. Scanning is a single visit, so travel is one line on the quote rather than a recurring cost, and the drafting happens off site either way. Tell us if you have more than one property in the Quad Cities; we can scan them in one trip.
How accurate is it?
Dimensions come from the point cloud, not a tape measure. We scan with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 LiDAR scanners and draft directly from the registered scan.
Does the building have to close?
No. Offices, stores and clinics stay open while we scan; we work around staff and customers, and after-hours visits can be arranged.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is prepared as an existing-conditions base your architect or engineer uses for a renovation or tenant-improvement submittal to the city's building department. Your design professional makes the submittal; our job is to make sure the existing conditions in it are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.

Visibility from the mall corridor mattered for branding, so the facade and large windows of this second-floor, 4,358 sq ft store were captured precisely. Annotated CAD drawings highlighted customer zones, fitting rooms and storage for the new Windsor layout.
Permits & governing bodies
Building permits for renovations and tenant improvements inside the city are issued by Moline's building department. Your architect or engineer handles the submittal; we supply the existing-conditions drawings it is built on.
