Midwest City FAQ
What does it cost?
The quote follows floor area, the amount of detail in the space, the deliverables you want and travel. Point cloud and 2D CAD is the base tier; a Revit model adds drafting time. Each item is listed on its own line.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For one small room, no. For a hangar, a strip center, a church or a renovation an architect will design from, a scan-based set usually costs less than the drawing corrections it prevents, and travel is a small share of the total.
How accurate is it?
We capture with Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and the Matterport Pro3, then draft every dimension from the point cloud. Nothing is assumed between measured points.
Does the building have to close?
No. Scanning is non-contact and quiet; staff and customers can stay. After-hours scans are available for busy floors.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base. In Midwest City, building and trade permits are issued by the Building Permits & Inspections Division of the Community Development Department at City Hall. Your architect or engineer prepares the submittal; our drawings make the existing conditions in it reliable.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and the consultants you name.
