What you get
What you get from ADS depends on scope, but it always starts with a LiDAR scan of the building and a registered 3D point cloud. From that cloud we produce a 360° digital twin you can open in a browser, 2D CAD drawings in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300 if your team works in BIM, and documentation of exposed MEP and structure where you ask for it. BOMA and REBNY area calculations are available on request.

What does it cost?
Price follows floor area, the amount of detail in the space, the deliverables you order and travel. Point cloud plus 2D CAD is the base tier; Revit modelling is added on top. Quotes are itemized.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Travel is a single, visible line on the quote and the scan is usually one visit. Weigh that against the cost of a tenant-improvement set drawn on dimensions nobody measured. For most commercial spaces the answer is yes; for a very small job we will say so.
How accurate is it?
We measure with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 scanners and draft from the point cloud, so the drawings reflect the building as it stands, including walls that are out of square and ceilings that change height.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. They are the existing-conditions base for the permit drawings your architect or engineer prepares. In Maple Grove, that submittal goes to the City of Maple Grove's building department; your design professional handles it, and our job is to make sure the existing conditions in it are correct.
Who owns the files?
You do. We deliver the point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files to you and to anyone you name.
