What you get
The deliverable from ADS is a set of drawings measured from a laser scan of your building. For a Logan project that can mean a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin you can open in a browser, 2D CAD drawings in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP and structural elements wherever you need them documented. BOMA and REBNY area calculations are available on request.

We say this plainly because travel will be a visible line in a Logan quote, and it makes most sense for larger buildings or several scanned on one trip.

What does it cost?
The quote is built from floor area, how much is inside the building, which deliverables you want and travel to Cache Valley, each as its own line. Point cloud plus 2D CAD is the base tier.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For a commercial, institutional or multi-unit building, or for several properties grouped into one trip, the travel line is small against the whole. For a single small house it may not be, and we will say so.
How accurate is it?
Dimensions are measured by a Leica RTC360 or BLK2GO scanner, or a Matterport Pro3 for smaller interiors, and the drawings are traced from that point cloud rather than from tape or memory.
Does the building have to close?
No. We work around occupants, and most buildings under 10,000 sq ft are scanned in a single day.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. They are prepared as the existing-conditions base for the set your architect or engineer submits to the City of Logan's building department. Your design professional handles the filing; our job is a correct record of what exists.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
