What does it cost?
Floor area, interior complexity and the deliverables you choose drive the price; travel is itemized separately. A point cloud with 2D CAD is the base tier, and a Revit model adds drafting time. You can strike any line you do not need.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For an office floor, a multi-tenant building or several Utah County spaces scanned on one trip, yes: travel is a small fraction of the total. For a single small house we will tell you if it is not.
How accurate is it?
We scan with Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and the Matterport Pro3 and draft from the point cloud, so every dimension in the set was measured on site rather than carried over from a previous plan.
Does the building have to close?
No. A technician works around staff and tenants, and a typical office suite is scanned in hours.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. They are the existing-conditions base for the set your architect or engineer submits to the Lehi City Building and Inspections Department, which takes all permit applications and plans electronically through its Building Permit Submittal Portal and reviews under the Utah State Construction Code. Your design professional files; we make the existing conditions right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are yours to share with your consultants.
