Every ADS as-built is drawn from a LiDAR scan rather than a tape survey. For a Lawton building that means a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin you can open in a browser, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections), and a Revit model at LOD 200–300 when BIM is part of the job. Exposed MEP and structural elements are included where scoped, and BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.

In November 2024 we scanned Brown Subaru, an 8,200 sq ft dealership in Amarillo, with a Leica RTC360. Farther north, in May 2024, we documented Daylight Coffee in Basehor, Kansas (1,750 sq ft).
How a Lawton project runs: you send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you need, and we return an itemized quote with travel to Lawton on its own line. On scan day a technician captures the building while it stays open. The scans are registered into one point cloud, drafting follows, and you review the set before final files are issued.

What does it cost?
Four things drive it: floor area, how much is in the space, which deliverables you choose and travel. Point cloud with 2D CAD is the base tier; a Revit model adds drafting hours. The quote is itemized so you can trim it.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Usually, yes. The scan of a store, office or dealership takes hours, not days, so travel is one line against drawings you will use for years. Our Dallas, Amarillo and Kansas projects were all done from out of town.
How accurate is it?
Dimensions are taken from a registered point cloud captured with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 scanners. Nothing is estimated from old plans.
Does the building have to close?
No. We scan around staff and customers during normal hours and can arrange after-hours visits where needed.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a submittal to the City of Lawton Building Division, which issues building permits and accepts applications through the city's Civic Access Portal. Your design professional files; we make sure the existing conditions in the set are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and point cloud files are delivered to you to share with your consultants.
