We have not yet published a Lake Havasu City project; a job here is quoted with travel as its own line. The scan is the product. A technician works through the building with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3, and from the registered point cloud we prepare whichever deliverables you ordered: the point cloud itself, a 360° digital twin to walk through in a browser, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP and structural elements where scoped. BOMA area calculations are available on request.
A third regional project, a 5,922 sq ft single-family home in Los Alamos, NM (2024), shows the residential side of the work. Waterfront homes, hotels, storage facilities and strip retail follow the same process.

Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a submittal to the Lake Havasu City Development Services Department, Building Division, whose plans examiners and building official review applications filed through the city's online customer portal. Your design professional handles the application; we make sure the existing conditions are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. Point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and the consultants you name.
