What you get
An as-built from ADS gives your architect, engineer or contractor a measured record of the building as it stands. From one LiDAR scan we produce a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP and structural elements where you scope them. BOMA and REBNY area calculations are available on request.

How a Lake Charles project runs: you send the address, the approximate square footage and the deliverables; we reply with an itemized quote, travel included as its own line. On scan day the technician moves through the building with the scanner while the business keeps operating. The scans are registered into one point cloud, the drawings are drafted from it, and you review the set before the final files go out. Existing drawings, however old, help us scope the job faster.

What does it cost?
Floor area, the complexity of the interior and the deliverables you order set the price, with point cloud and CAD as the base tier and Revit modeling as an addition. We quote travel to Lake Charles as a separate line.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For a whole building or a renovation where the existing conditions drive the design, yes. The on-site part is a day or less, and the measured drawings replace guesswork that otherwise surfaces during construction. For very small jobs we will tell you if it is not worth it.
How accurate is it?
We scan with Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and the Matterport Pro3 and draft every sheet from the registered point cloud rather than from tape measurements or earlier drawings.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The City of Lake Charles Permit Center reviews plans for new construction and alterations to existing structures and issues building, electrical, plumbing, gas and mechanical permits. Our set is the existing-conditions base; your architect or engineer prepares and files the application.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants without restriction.
