A Kissimmee as-built starts with a LiDAR scan using a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3, and everything else is drawn from that registered point cloud: 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300 for BIM teams, exposed MEP and structure where scoped, and a 360° digital twin for remote review. BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available for lease plans.
