An ADS as-built begins with a LiDAR scan of the building and ends with drawings your architect, engineer or contractor can work from. Depending on what you order, you receive a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin you can open in a browser, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300, and MEP or structural elements where they matter to your project. BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.
The Basehor job is a good picture of the process: a 1,750 sq ft corner-lot coffee shop with full-height storefront glazing and an exposed ceiling, scanned May 2–7, 2024. We modeled the exposed ducts, beams and suspended lighting and delivered a point cloud, digital twin, floor, reflected ceiling and roof plans, elevations, and AutoCAD files with annotated PDF sheets. The client's designer, John Burgess, said the drawings "were delivered exactly as promised."

Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for the submittal to Jefferson City's building department; our part is making sure the existing conditions in it are correct.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
