Revit As built
We deliver cost-effective and highly precise Revit As built Services (Measuring and documenting existing conditions of a site or structure.) that can be used for various purposes such as facility management, space planning, and asset management.
What you get
Showroom fit-outs, plant renovations and office re-stacks all start the same way: with drawings that show the building as it is. ADS scans the building with LiDAR and delivers, depending on scope, a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin, 2D CAD floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections in AutoCAD and PDF, and a Revit model at LOD 200–300. MEP and structural elements are documented when the scope calls for them; BOMA and REBNY area calculations are available on request.
We have not yet published a High Point or Triad project. Our nearest North Carolina work is in Charlotte, where we documented the 10,443 sq ft Gallery House in February 2025, and in Banner Elk, where we scanned a 9,110 sq ft single-family home in summer 2024. In Atlanta, the 5,132 sq ft Fendi store at Phipps Plaza was captured with a Matterport Pro3 in 2022.
How a High Point project runs: you send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you need; we return an itemized quote with travel as its own line, since we have no Triad crew. On scan day a technician moves through the building with the scanner while it remains in use. We register the scans into one point cloud, draft the drawings from it, and you review the set before final delivery.

What does it cost?
Four inputs: floor area, how much is in the space (a bare shell is quicker than a showroom full of fixtures), the deliverables you order and travel. Point cloud with 2D CAD is the base tier; Revit adds drafting time. Quotes are itemized.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For a full showroom floor, a plant or any Revit deliverable, one scan visit beats repeated measuring trips and travel is a small share of the total. For a single small room we will tell you if it is not.
How accurate is it?
Every dimension comes from a point cloud captured with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3, not from a tape.
Does the building have to close?
No. We scan around staff, tenants and visitors, and can schedule before or after hours.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base in your architect's or engineer's submittal. In High Point, plan review and inspections are handled by the City of High Point Inspections Services Department, 211 S. Hamilton Street, with permits submitted online through Accela Citizen Access at BuildHighPoint.com. Your design professional files the application.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are yours to share with your team.
