How accurate is it?
Every dimension comes from a registered point cloud captured with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 scanners rather than from a tape or an old drawing.
Does the building have to close?
No. We work around staff and customers during normal hours, and can scan in the evening if that suits the building better.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a submittal to the City of Gresham, which requires a permit to construct, enlarge, alter, repair or change the occupancy of a building and provides building permit services at Gresham City Hall. Commercial work in Oregon is reviewed under the 2022 Oregon Structural Specialty Code. Your design professional files; we make sure the existing conditions are right.
