How accurate is it?
The drawings are drafted from the point cloud captured by the Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3, not from tape measurements, so what appears in the CAD and Revit files is what was measured on site.
Does the building have to close?
No. We scan around staff, patients and customers during normal hours, and can schedule after hours when a space is busy.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base for a permit application to the Town of Gilbert's building department. We make sure the existing conditions in that submittal are accurate; your design professional prepares and files it.
Who owns the files?
You do. The point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and your consultants.
