How accurate is it?
Dimensions come from a point cloud captured with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3, so the drawings show the building as it actually is.
Does the building have to close?
No. Shops, plants, offices and homes stay in use while we scan.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes, as the existing-conditions base in your architect's or engineer's application. One Gastonia detail: since August 2022, construction permits for the city are issued by Gaston County Permitting, but you first need a zoning permit from the City of Gastonia (Permits & Inspections, Garland Municipal Business Center, 150 S. York Street), applied for through the CityView portal. Your design professional handles both steps.
