Frisco FAQ
What does it cost?
Floor area, interior complexity, which deliverables you want and travel drive the price. Point cloud with 2D CAD is the base; Revit adds drafting. The quote is itemized so you can remove lines.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For most Frisco jobs, yes. Our crews already work in Dallas, scanning takes one visit, and drafting is done off site regardless of vendor. Travel is one line on the quote.
Does the building have to close?
No. Offices, shops, restaurants and medical suites stay open while we scan around staff and customers. Evening or weekend visits are available.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The drawings are prepared as the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits. In Frisco, all building permit applications are filed online through the City's Plans and Permits portal and reviewed by the Building Inspections Division at 6101 Frisco Square Boulevard. Your design professional files; we make sure the existing conditions in the submittal are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
