Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The drawings are prepared as the existing-conditions base that your architect or engineer submits. In Federal Way, building, mechanical, plumbing and demolition permits go through the City of Federal Way Permit Center, which handles application, review, issuance and inspection. Your design professional files the application; our part is the accuracy of the existing conditions in it.
