What you get

What does it cost?
Floor area, how much there is to draw, the deliverables and travel. Point cloud and 2D CAD is the base; a Revit model adds drafting time. Everything is itemized.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For a whole building or floor, yes. Scanning is one short visit, the drafting is done remotely whoever you choose, and the travel line is on the quote before you commit. If a job is too small for the trip we will tell you.
How accurate is it?
We use Leica RTC360 and BLK2GO scanners and the Matterport Pro3 and draft from the point cloud, so dimensions are measured rather than assumed. Large warehouse floors and loading docks register cleanly.
Does the building have to close?
No. The scan happens while the building is in use; we work around staff and customers and can schedule off-hours where access is tight.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer submits the set as the existing-conditions base for the permit application. In Council Bluffs, building permits and inspections are handled by the City's Building Division at 209 Pearl Street. Properties across the river in Omaha fall under Nebraska and a different authority. The design professional files; we make sure the existing conditions are correct.
Who owns the files?
You do. The point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and shared with whomever you name.
