Yes. Your design professional submits the set as the existing-conditions base. Addresses inside Clarksville city limits are permitted through the City of Clarksville's building department; addresses in the unincorporated county go to the Montgomery County Building and Codes Department at 350 Pageant Lane.
Who owns the files?
You do. Point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and your consultants.
