An ADS as-built is built from a LiDAR scan, not from old plans or a tape measure. We scan the building, register the scans into a single 3D point cloud and draft the deliverables from that cloud: a 360° digital twin viewable in a browser, 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections), a Revit model at LOD 200–300 where your consultants work in BIM, exposed MEP and structural elements when they are in scope, and BOMA or REBNY area calculations on request.
We have not yet published a Wyoming project, and our nearest work is well to the south. In Los Alamos, New Mexico, we documented a 5,922 sq ft single-family home in July 2024. In Scottsdale, Arizona, we scanned the 2,492 sq ft James Perse store at Scottsdale Fashion Square over the 2024–25 new year. In Las Vegas we captured the 1,147 sq ft TAG Heuer boutique at The Shops at Crystals in March 2022 with a Matterport Pro3, during mall hours.
How a Casper project runs: send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you want; we quote each item, with travel to Casper as its own line. A technician scans the building in one visit with a Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 while it stays open. We register the scans, draft the drawings from the point cloud, and send you the set to review before final delivery.

What does it cost?
Floor area, how much there is to document, the deliverables you select and travel to Casper set the price. Point cloud and 2D CAD is the lowest tier; adding a Revit model adds modelling time. The quote is itemized, so each line can be removed.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Because none of our published projects is in Wyoming, travel is a real line on a Casper quote. It is still one line and one visit; the registration and drafting that follow are done remotely. Ask for the quote and judge it against the project.
How accurate is it?
Every dimension comes from the registered point cloud, scanned with the Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3. Nothing is carried over from previous drawings.
Does the building have to close?
No. The TAG Heuer boutique in Las Vegas was scanned during mall hours; we work around staff and customers and can scan after hours when needed.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer submits with a renovation, addition or change-of-occupancy application. In Casper, permits are submitted to the Building/Inspection Division of the City of Casper Community Development Department, Room 205 at City Hall, 200 N. David St. Your design professional files; we make sure the existing conditions in it are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud go to you and your consultants.
