Our closest published work to Bonita Springs is just up the coast: the Surf Style Store in Fort Myers Beach, a 13,065 sq ft retail building documented in April 2024, and the 8,426 sq ft Boca Grande Residence scanned in June and July the same year. We have not yet published a Bonita Springs project. North of there, the 64,115 sq ft Supermarket Building in Bradenton (April 2025) was a two-story vacant commercial property captured with a Matterport Pro3 despite unlit interior zones, and delivered as floor plans, a roof plan, exterior elevations and an LOD 300 Revit model.

With Fort Myers Beach and Boca Grande already on our project list, Bonita Springs is inside our normal Gulf-coast range, and travel is a small itemized line rather than a reason to settle for a tape survey.
How accurate is it?
We draft from the registered point cloud, so dimensions are measured, not estimated. The Bradenton supermarket is the proof: correct roof geometry and elevations from a building with whole zones in the dark.
Does the building have to close?
No. Scanning works around customers and staff. For a restaurant or shop on Bonita Beach Road we can scan before opening.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. Your architect or engineer uses the set as the existing-conditions base. Inside the city limits, permits are reviewed by the City of Bonita Springs Community Development Department at 9220 Bonita Beach Road SE. Condominium and cooperative buildings three stories or taller are also subject to Florida's milestone structural inspection law (Florida Statutes 553.899), where a measured as-built helps the inspecting engineer.
