Our nearest Washington work is the Maurices store at The Outlet Collection Seattle in Auburn, a 4,747 sq ft retail space documented between June and July 2025 for the designers at Alloi. The same workflow applies to Whatcom County work.
What you receive is the same wherever the building is. A LiDAR scan with the Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO or Matterport Pro3 produces a registered 3D point cloud, and from it we draft 2D CAD in AutoCAD and PDF: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections. A 360° digital twin lets your team check conditions from a browser. If you work in BIM, we build a Revit model at LOD 200–300. Exposed ductwork, piping, beams and electrical runs are documented when scoped, and BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.
How a Bellingham project runs: you send the address, the approximate square footage and the deliverables you want, and we send back an itemized quote with travel on its own line. On scan day a technician moves through the building while it stays open. The scans are registered, the drawings drafted, and you review the set before final delivery. Any existing drawings, however old, help us scope faster.

What does it cost?
The quote is built from floor area, how complex the interior is, the deliverables you select and travel to Bellingham. Point cloud and 2D CAD is the base package; a Revit model is priced on top. Each line is itemized so you can trim scope.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
For most projects, yes. The site visit is usually a single day, and all drafting happens off site from the point cloud, so travel is a small part of the total.
How accurate is it?
We draw from the point cloud, not from a tape, so every wall, opening and ceiling height is measured in place. That matters in older downtown and Fairhaven buildings, where walls are rarely square and floors rarely level.
Does the building have to close?
No. Stores, offices and clinics stay open during the scan; we work around people and can start early or finish late if the space is busy.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is prepared as the existing-conditions base for your architect or engineer's submittal. In Bellingham, permits run through the City's Permit Center on the first floor of City Hall at 210 Lottie Street, with online applications through the TRAKiT portal. Your design professional files the application; we make sure the existing conditions in it are right.
Who owns the files?
You do. The point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit files are delivered to you and your consultants.
