What you get
ADS as-builts in Bedford start on site with a laser scanner and end with a drawing set your architect, engineer or contractor can design from. What does it cost?
It depends on floor area, how much detail the space holds, which deliverables you choose and travel. Point cloud with 2D CAD is the base; Revit modelling is extra. Every quote is itemized.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Yes. Our Dallas projects are a short drive from Bedford, so travel is a small line, and the drafting is done remotely for every client.
How accurate is it?
Drawings are dimensioned from the registered point cloud, so dimensions are measured, not paced or estimated. Reflective surfaces are managed on site with scanner settings.
Does the building have to close?
No. Offices, shops, churches and clinics stay open; we work around people and can scan outside business hours.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is prepared as the existing-conditions base for a submittal to the City of Bedford Permits and Inspections division, which handles plan review and permit issuance for construction inside the city. Your architect or engineer files the application.
Who owns the files?
You do. Point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit are delivered to you and the consultants you name.
