No. The technician works around staff and customers during normal hours, and a shift-based facility can be scanned at whatever hour suits operations.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer files with the City of Baytown Building Services Division, part of Planning & Development Services at 2401 Market Street, which reviews plans and inspects construction under the International codes and takes applications through its Citizen Self Service portal. Your design professional carries the submittal.
Who owns the files?
You do. Point cloud, CAD, PDF and Revit are delivered to you and whoever you designate.

Renovation works at this Amarillo auto repair center started from a terrestrial LiDAR site survey. The point cloud model became the base for 2D CAD sections, elevations and floor plans, alongside georeferenced orthophotos and a Matterport walkthrough.
