When the scope calls for it we add a 360° digital twin, a Revit model at LOD 200–300, MEP and structural elements, and BOMA/REBNY area calculations. For a food-processing plant or a warehouse, the scan captures column lines, clear heights, mezzanines and overhead services in one pass, without shutting down the line.
