What you get
ADS measures the building with a laser scanner and drafts everything from that scan. Depending on scope you receive a registered 3D point cloud, a 360° digital twin for remote checks, 2D CAD floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections in AutoCAD and PDF, and a Revit model at LOD 200–300 when your team needs BIM. Exposed MEP and structural elements are documented where scoped, and BOMA or REBNY area calculations are available on request.

In Flowery Branch, north of Atlanta, we scanned the 1,838 sq ft Lucky Goat Coffee at Stonebridge Village in November 2024. Medical office space, downtown commercial buildings and large residences sit inside that range of work.
How an Augusta project runs: send the address, approximate square footage and the deliverables you need and we return an itemized quote. ADS has no office in Georgia; travel is quoted as its own line. On scan day a technician works through the building while it stays in use. The scans are registered into one point cloud, the drawings are drafted from it, and you review before final delivery.

What does it cost?
The price follows floor area, how much is in the space, the deliverables you choose and travel. Point cloud plus 2D CAD is the entry tier; Revit and MEP documentation are added as separate lines. Every quote is itemized.
Is it worth bringing you in from out of town?
Augusta is a day trip from Atlanta or Charlotte, where our nearest published projects are. For a commercial building, a clinic or a house the scan takes hours, so travel is a small share of the total and is shown as its own line.
How accurate is it?
We scan with Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO and Matterport Pro3 scanners and draft from the registered point cloud, so every dimension in the CAD and Revit files was measured on site.
Does the building have to close?
No. Offices, clinics, stores and homes stay open while we scan; a technician works around staff and patients, and after-hours visits can be scheduled.
Will the drawings work for my permit?
Yes. The set is prepared as the existing-conditions base your architect or engineer files with a renovation, addition or tenant-improvement application. In Augusta-Richmond County that goes to the Augusta Planning and Development Department, which administers building construction codes and issues building permits for the consolidated government.
Who owns the files?
You do. CAD, PDF, Revit and the point cloud are delivered to you and your consultants.
