Project Overview
Located in the scenic mountain town of Banner Elk, North Carolina, this 9,110 sq. ft. estate required a full 3D survey to document its complex architecture and natural surroundings. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (Formerly DCMS Network) performed an integrated LiDAR and drone capture to record steep rooflines, exposed beams, and intricate façades. The resulting dataset supported renovation planning, design coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.
