Nestled in the hillside neighborhood of Sherman Oaks, this 1,000 sq. ft. survey focused on documenting a section of a multi-level private residence. Known for its blend of mid-century and contemporary design, the site presented steep terrain and split-level architecture that demanded precise measurement. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) was engaged to capture secondary entrances and hallways, ensuring detailed spatial data to support renovation planning and design evaluation.

Our Role & Technology
AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) utilized Matterport Pro3 and LiDAR-based workflows to deliver high-fidelity spatial data for renovation planning. This process ensured precise capture of geometric transitions and building elevations, ready for seamless integration into Revit and AutoCAD environments.
