Located in the coastal neighborhood of Kings Point, this 7,788 sq. ft. survey covered a three-level main house and a separate pool house. Both structures include basements, terraces, and sea-facing rooms. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) captured complete architectural and structural details through LiDAR scanning, ensuring precise as-built documentation for renovation and design coordination.y

Our Role & Technology
AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) carried out a complete 10-day LiDAR survey combining interior and exterior scanning. The data was integrated into Revit models to document every architectural and structural feature of both properties with precision and consistency.
Captured all exteriors and façades to record decorative and structural details.
Modeled stairs, pitched roofs, and interior layouts to LOD 300 accuracy.
Delivered CAD and PDF sets optimized for renovation and design coordination.
