Project Overview
Located in Hallandale Beach, Florida, the 506,000 sq. ft. Gulfstream Mall combines retail, dining, and office areas within a large open-air complex. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES performed a comprehensive 3D survey using LiDAR and drone mapping to generate accurate spatial documentation. The resulting as-built dataset supports future renovations, leasing, and expansions by providing detailed digital information for architectural and planning teams.
