Situated in Rancho Santa Fe, California, this 17,884 sq. ft. luxury estate required a comprehensive 3D documentation of its main residence, pool house, and landscaped grounds. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (Formerly DCMS Network) carried out a detailed LiDAR survey and BIM modeling to capture every architectural, structural, and environmental detail. The resulting as-built model provided architects and planners with a precise digital foundation for high-end renovations and estate enhancements.
