Project Overview
Set within the prestigious Indian Creek Island neighborhood in Florida, this 540 sq. ft. luxury kitchen was documented as part of Phase 2 of an ongoing renovation for Office Gullo. Following the demolition of the existing kitchen, ADS captured the space's actual field conditions through high-precision 3D laser scanning, confirming dimensions and recording visible electrical, water, and gas connections. The resulting documentation provided a reliable foundation for the design and installation of the new kitchen.

Our Role & Technology
To ensure the new kitchen design was grounded in real, on-site conditions, our team carried out a precise field survey using a Leica RTC360 laser scanner and processed the captured data into accurate CAD documentation for Office Gullo's design workflow.
Captured existing conditions during an active renovation phase, once the kitchen space had been cleared.
Verified field dimensions to provide reliable measurements for the new kitchen design.
Recorded visible electrical, water, and gas connections to support installation coordination.
