Project Overview
Set within the prestigious Indian Creek neighborhood in Florida, this 540 sq. ft. luxury kitchen was documented as part of a long-term collaboration with a renowned Florentine manufacturer. Designed with vaulted ceilings, handcrafted mosaics, and refined millwork, the project required high-precision as-built documentation to support a high-end redesign. Each architectural and ornamental feature was meticulously recorded to preserve the craftsmanship and geometry of the original space.

Our Role & Technology
To ensure every ornamental and architectural detail was represented faithfully, our team carried out a precise LiDAR survey and developed CAD documentation optimized for millwork fabrication and interior design.
Recorded vaulted ceilings, tile murals, and bespoke furniture with geometric and material accuracy
Developed interior elevations and sections that emphasized classical symmetry and intricate detailing
Delivered refined AutoCAD outputs aligned with the design studio’s technical requirements
