Project Overview
Surrounded by the tranquil Catskills landscape, this 1,600 sq. ft. single-story ranch in Roxbury, NY, includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small stable. Constructed entirely of timber and nestled within a wooded site, the residence embraces natural harmony through design. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (Formerly DCMS Network) completed a detailed LiDAR survey capturing each architectural and structural element to deliver a comprehensive plan set and digital model for future renovation.
