ADS completed a comprehensive existing conditions survey for the 291,798-square-foot Pointe-aux-Trembles Secondary School in Quebec using advanced 3D laser scanning technology. The project delivered accurate as-built documentation to support renovation planning, design coordination, and facility upgrades. The resulting digital records provided architects and engineers with reliable building information, reducing field verification while improving project efficiency throughout the planning phase.

A comprehensive 3D laser scanning and drone survey captured the school's interior and exterior existing conditions with high accuracy. Through a Scan-to-BIM workflow, the collected data was transformed into coordinated as-built documentation, providing architects, engineers, and facility managers with reliable information for renovation planning and project coordination.
