The space features tall ceilings with exposed beams, lighting, and visible MEP systems that combine industrial character with modern efficiency. AS-BUILT DRAWING SERVICES (A DCMS Network Company) captured the site through LiDAR scanning, delivering accurate documentation for renovation and coordinated design planning.
